1.0 Eligibility and Registration Mandates

Age Groups: Participation is strictly limited to registered students up to the age of 16. The system will automatically place participants into the relevant age group based on the Date of Birth provided during registration:

• Group 1: 1–7 years old
• Group 2: 7–12 years old
• Group 3: 12–16 years old

Honesty Mandate: You must provide accurate and verifiable information. Providing false details will result in immediate disqualification.

Staff Participation: Organizers and associated parties are permitted to participate but are ineligible for any cash prizes.

2.0 Examination Rules

• Exam Time: All participants shall attempt the exam simultaneously across all time zones on 15th Nov, 2025 at 6:00 PM IST.
• Time Limit: 20-minutes for all age groups.

3.0 Exam Integrity and Anti-Cheating Policy

• Proctoring Compliance: By commencing the exam, you acknowledge and consent that AI proctoring and constant system monitoring are strictly in use.
• Recording Requirement: Parents of all participants are required to record a clear, continuous video of the student throughout the entire examination.
• No External Assistance: The use of any external tools, including but not limited to search engines, AI assistants (like ChatGPT), mobile phones, notes, or assistance from other individuals, is absolutely forbidden.
• System Integrity: The exam will be displayed in full-screen mode. Any attempt to switch tabs, refresh the browser, or close the window will result in the automatic and immediate submission of the exam.
• Video Verification and Penalty: Organizers reserve the absolute right to demand the video recording from any participant in any circumstance deemed necessary to verify integrity. Failure to provide the required video immediately upon request will result in the candidate's immediate and irrevocable disqualification.

4.0 Results & Rankings

• Final Score Calculation: The final score will be determined by points earned plus a time-based bonus. For every 1 second saved, a +1 bonus mark shall be added to the total score.
• Tie-Breaker Clause: In the event of tied scores, the participant who finished the exam faster will be ranked higher.
• Result Publication: Scores will not be displayed instantly. All official results and final rankings will be announced only after administrative review and approval.
• Cash Prize Stipulation: Cash prizes shall be awarded only if the minimum verified score of 70% is obtained. If there is no clear winner in any category, the administrator reserves the right to distribute the allocated prize money as consolation prizes to deserving students based on their verified scores and performance.
